from anywhere in the United States for a nominal surchage of 9.9 cents
per minute as a service to its members. Dialup customers who need access
from outside our regular calling areas may dial 1.877.570.3919 to
connect to our service via a toll-free number. No long distance
charges apply, only the usage surcharge, which will be automatically
applied to the connecting account.
